CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled party are non-refundable, but the class or party may be rescheduled once within a 60-day period, subject to availability. In the rare event that Cooking is Fundamental must cancel, a full refund will be issued.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Accepted Forms of Payment Include:
- Check: Payable to SteveCo, LLC / 65 Prospect Rd., Andover, MA 01810
- Zelle: stevenmv@icloud.com / Include Organizer Name & Date of Clas in Memo
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled Party date and time. If payment is not received 10 days prior, your reservation may be canceled and your spot offered to another individual.
Returned payments or failed transactions must be resolved within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of class or party and ineligibility to register for future events. All unresolved payments will be subject to collection and will be pursued through Massachusetts Small Claims Court.
LOCATION AND SUPPLIES
You are responsible for providing the space to host a cooking class or party:
- Access to an outlet and hand-washing sink required
You are responsible for providing the following, if applicable:
- Party Decor
- Beverages and Snacks
LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing this form, the organizer acknowledges that Cooking is Fundamental and its instructor(s) are not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, or improper use of kitchen tools or equipment during the class.
